From day one, HSC has proudly been part of NJ Nationals FC—a collaborative initiative built on a bold, yet simple idea: that town-based clubs can achieve more together than they can alone.
NJ Nationals was founded with the vision of bringing together like-minded clubs to create high-level playing environments for athletes seeking more competitive opportunities—without sacrificing the joy and community of playing with hometown teammates and friends. It’s a model that blends ambition with accessibility, and one that has proven to be a perfect fit for HSC.
Today, that partnership is stronger than ever. HSC now has a growing presence across multiple age groups in the NJ Nationals program, with more of our players rising through the ranks each season. Notably, both of our own club leaders—Julian Richens and Alistair Foale—serve as head coaches within the NJ Nationals system, ensuring that our athletes are guided by coaches who know them, believe in them, and are invested in their long-term development.
For players, this means the best of both worlds: the chance to stay connected to their local team while also stepping into a more advanced competitive environment—regionally and beyond. It’s a clear and sustainable pathway for growth, built on cooperation, consistency, and quality.
