What is the HSC Future Stars Program?
Open to players born between 2019 to 2021, it is a FUN program designed to develop players' love for the game and improve their individual skill, comfort on the ball, coordination and basic soccer concepts. Players are separated by age and taught age-appropriate activities to foster a love for the game.
Each season consists of eight weekly 60 minute training sessions, fall, winter and spring. Players have the option to sign up for an individual season, or all 3 seasons at a slight discount.
Description
This group practices 1 hour per week for 8 weeks across each of Fall, Winter, and Spring and equals 24 total hours of soccer with a professional trainer. We understand that there are Rec programs that will throw 8 kids out on a field at this age playing in a competitive game with 1 soccer ball. This is the one of the worst things that can happen in youth soccer….playing on a big field, with large goals, with a lot of kids where the ‘one kid’ has the ball the whole time and players are playing kick ball and not under the supervision of a skilled trainer. This is the leading cause of kids to not like soccer and quit due to lack of engagement and not having fun.
